Indian filmmaker and international film festival jury member Amol Bhagat was honoured with the prestigious Nepal Excellence Award 2026 for his outstanding contribution to the film industry, international film festivals, and the cultural sector.
The prestigious award was presented to Amol Bhagat by legendary Nepali singer Gyanu Rana at a grand ceremony held at Rashtriya Sabha Griha, Kathmandu, Nepal, on 29th August 2026.
The event was organized by Bharat Samari and Samari International Pvt. Ltd., Nepal, bringing together distinguished personalities, achievers, artists, professionals, and cultural representatives from Nepal and beyond.
As part of the grand event, the Junior Supermodel International Beauty Pageant Show was also held, adding glamour, creativity, and an international platform for young talents to the celebration. The pageant showcased aspiring young models and highlighted the importance of confidence, talent, personality, and cultural representation.
